Al-Futtaim Motors offers the world's first one-hour service
- United Arab Emirates: Tuesday, October 11 - 2005 at 12:44
- PRESS RELEASE
Al-Futtaim Motors, the sole distributor of Toyota, Lexus and Hino and a member of the Al-Futtaim Group, the leading UAE business conglomerate, has brought the world's first one-hour service on all Toyota models to its service centres in Dubai and Sharjah.
The benefits of the one-hour service are huge with the main advantage being that customers no longer need to be without their vehicle for an entire day. The service centres will accept vehicles any time between 7 am and 10 pm, and the workshops are open until 2 am so customers who choose to drop their car off in the evening will be able to collect it early morning the next day.
"Al-Futtaim Motors recognises that customers are extremely busy people who need their vehicles both day and night for their working lives and for family commitments. For this reason we have enhanced the Toyota ownership experience by introducing the world's first one-hour Toyota service, said Colin Leitch, Managing Director, Al-Futtaim Motors.
In line with the company's corporate philosophy: 'We Care and it Shows', Al-Futtaim Motors has built up an excellent reputation in the UAE for being able to satisfy customer's servicing needs. In recent years the company has opened up a series of Express Service facilities across the UAE for interim services, as well as twelve 'Tyre Express' outlets in association with Emarat Petrol Stations, offering advice to customers on tyre care and maintenance.
