Radisson SAS leads Oman Hotels in employee satisfaction

Radisson SAS Hotel, Muscat, part of the fast-growing Brussels-based Rezidor SAS Hospitality, is the best company for Omanis to work, according to a recent survey conducted by one of the Sultanate's premier monthly magazines, Business Today in conjunction with International Market Research Consultancy.
"We're a young, dynamic and caring company which believes in giving its employees a chance to achieve rapid career development. The ethic here is to focus on employees, "said Christopher Pike, General Manager, Radisson SAS Hotel, Muscat.
Radisson SAS Hotel, Muscat which was the highest-ranking hospitality industry company also secured second position in the 'Best company for Omanis to work' and third in the 'Best Company for Women', clinching an overall sixth position in the list.
"We are the youngest company within Oman to make the top 10 in this year's survey, and we see this as a great achievement, "added Pike.
Bank Muscat topped the survey as the preferred overall employer in Oman, followed by Jotun Paints.
