Batelco allows customers the opportunity to trade their old mobile phones for new ones

Batelco, the Bahrain's leading telecommunication company, insists on making this Holy Month of Ramadan and the subsequent Eid very special with its unique and extremely tempting offers.

To this end, Batelco announces the launch of its Ramadan and Eid Handset Offer enabling customers to exchange their old mobile handsets with totally brand new ones by merely paying the difference in value.

This fabulous offer from Batelco is available for its valued customers during the Holy Month of Ramadan and Eid only. Therefore, customers are earnestly urged not to miss this precious opportunity.

"The introduction of this offer again shows that Batelco is committed to giving choices and more value to its customers," says Ahmed Al Janahi, Head of Corporate Affairs.

"This offer follows several other offers that Batelco has launched during the Holy Month of Ramadan, which are all aimed at improving our customer experience through making this religious occasion so special to them," he elaborated.

There will be a special counter in Batelco's shop at Seef Mall with a sign saying "Trade-In". A neutral evaluator will be there to assess the condition of the mobile offered for replacement and give a price. If the customer accepts the price, he/she will receive the money in terms of vouchers.

The customer can then buy any other phone from Batelco by using those vouchers plus paying the additional cash, which is the value difference.
