Grand Hyatt Dubai has appointed Emma Franklin as the manager of the Grand Spa, who along with Spa and Leisure Director Steven Cox, is spearheading a drive to educate clients on how they can best take care of their skin and wellbeing between treatments.
"I am very excited to join the team at the Grand Spa. It is a great facility, and the Comfort Zone product range and our current portfolio of treatments is a strong offering. I'm keen to encourage clients to better develop an understanding of their skincare regime between visits so that they get even more out of each visit. In essence, we are developing an approach where the consultation continues at home - it will be like taking your therapist with you!" explained Emma, who is also working on developing a special treatment exclusive to the Grand Spa.
Premium treatments at a five star spa like the Grand Spa are a regular 'must' monthly or weekly beauty investment for many clients and an occasional treat for others. Emma and Steven believe that both men and women , whether weekly, monthly or less frequent visitors to the spa, are ultimately all looking for one thing, continued healthy skin, a major contributor to overall wellbeing. The Grand Spa is the only spa in Dubai to stock the Italian Comfort Zone product range, which has proved successful in Europe with its philosophy of turning the concept of wellbeing into a science, resulting in a range of natural, simple to use products that really work to combat the stresses of daily life such as climate, busy lifestyles and aging.
The Grand Spa will soon be launching a series of homecare initiatives, a men's homecare range, and a new treatment.
