Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers welcomes Anthony Joseph Wade and Silvia Hausleitner

The 5-star Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers recently announced the appointments of Anthony Joseph Wade and Silvia Hausleitner as her new Deputy General Manager and Director of Guest Services respectively.
At the Sheraton Addis, Wade led a team of 300 associates in the day-to-day running of the hotel and as well as the United Nations Convention Centre. Wade has been with the Starwood Hotels and Resorts family for many years and has worked in many countries around the globe. He started his career in the Food & Beverage department at Sheraton Hong Kong in 1990 as the Grand Stand Grill Manager for 3 years. He then moved on to Sheraton Utama in Brunei where he worked as the Restaurant Manager before taking on the role of Food & Beverage Manager at the beautiful Sheraton Resorts Denarau Island in Fiji, which features 560 rooms and 164 luxurious villas.
Having graduated in Hotel Management from the "Ecole Des Roches", Switzerland, Wade is equipped with a total of 22 years in the hospitality industry. And in his new capacity, Wade hopes to put his working experience to good use, spearheading Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers to greater heights.
Also new to the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers' team is Silvia Hausleitner, who joined the 5-star property as her new Director of Guest Services.
German-born Hausleitner is a graduate from the Hotel Management School Passau, Germany. Prior to joining the Sheraton Dubai Creek, Hausleitner was with another Starwood sister property in Dubai, the Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort & Towers as its Director of Guest Services. There, she managed and guided a team of 40 associates covering the Concierge, Bell Desk, Reception, Guest Relations and Telephone departments. Her responsibilities included guest handling and customer satisfaction, maintenance of Sheraton Brand Standards as well as Acting Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager.
Hausleitner has also worked in the 428-room Arabella Sheraton Hote Bogenhausen in Munich, Germany as the Assistant Front Office Manager. Throughout her career, she underwent several professional training courses including Service & Communication I & II, Time Management, Train the Trainer, Starwood Leading Teams, Behavioral Interviewing and many more.
