The hotel has literally been rebuilt from the inside, providing totally new guest rooms and suites, a new restaurant, a lounge style bar, business centre, Regency Club™ and lobby, as well as completely refining existing restaurants and facilities. Now in its 25th year, Hyatt Regency Dubai has never looked so young and is a stylish, contemporary property with a sea view located in the heritage area of original Dubai, perfect for both business and leisure travellers.

"We are already seeing an increase in the number of tourists that are staying with us. Located right next to the Gold Souk and near Dubai Museum and the heritage centre, our new rooms and facilities are really appealing to the city tourist. We are expecting an increase of around 20 per cent this year in individual leisure tourists, mostly from markets such as Germany, UK and Russia," explained Stefan van der Kruyf, Director of Marketing, Hyatt Regency Dubai.

"We are also keeping a close eye on emerging markets such as Korea, Australia and China, plus leisure groups, such as incentive trips. We are ideally placed for those seeking an original and more cultural Dubai experience, without compromising on five star facilities and service," he added.

Hyatt Regency Dubai has the added benefit of 25 years experience in the field of hospitality, with a brand new and fresh interior, which is also attracting residents to renew their interest in dining out in Deira. More and more residents are heading over the creek to try out the hotel's new venue, The Bar and new international restaurant The Kitchen, as well as refined Italian restaurant Focaccia, Persian restaurant Shahrzad, Japanese restaurant Miyako plus revolving international buffet restaurant Al Dawaar, which offers a stunning view of the corniche, Sharjah and Sheikh Zayed Road skyline.

"Quality and innovative food and beverage concepts has always been Hyatt Regency Dubai's strength, and even more so since the refinement. We've added a new open kitchen restaurant with arguably the best chocolate dessert selection in the city, an all weather terrace to Focaccia for 'al fresco' dining. Add these to our restaurants offering authentic Japanese and Persian experiences and our revolving restaurant, we've got unique options for all," explained Ian Ladd, Executive Assistant Manager, Food & Beverage, Hyatt Regency Dubai.
