Bin Hendi Avenue is a two storey shopping and socialising destination in Deira, designed by Terry Dougall, who created The Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas.
Bin Hendi Avenue is a brand new shopping experience located at Deira City Center, a stunning two storey Avenue concept in place of the Toyota showroom.

The brainchild of Mr Mohi-Din Binhendi, Founder and President of Bin Hendi Enterprises, the dramatically styled Avenue was designed by Terry Dougall, the man behind the design of The Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. Bin Hendi Avenue's design was inspired by the old fashioned English arcade style shopping experience with touches of Greco Roman inspiration.

"We are thrilled to be just one month away from opening Bin Hendi Avenue," commented Mr Mohi-Din Binhendi.

"Bin Hendi Avenue enables me to realise a great ambition; to combine the brands of Bin Hendi Enterprises together within a shopping destination. It was designed from the outset as a place you would go to browse, buy, eat and drink, meet friends or just to get away from it all. Shopping is all about the experience, and Bin Hendi Avenue, with its unique design and range of outlets provides Deira with a new and unique destination," he added.

The 70,000 square ft area houses a host of Bin Hendi fashion brand outlets including Hugo Boss, GF Ferre, Zilli, Brioni, Paul & Shark, Artioli and Baldessarini. Other brands within the Avenue include G Star Raw, Phat Farm, Ungaro Fever and Byblos Blu. A wide range of jewellery and accessories stores will be opening too, including Binhendi Jewellery, Graff, Porsche Design, Pure Gold and Vidi Vici - a fashion jewellery store.

Two women's handbag and shoe stores will also be opening - Braccialini - including products from UK designer Vivienne Westwood and Rodo. Bin Hendi Avenue will also houses boutique market with outlets including Al Baba Al Mumtaza Sweets and Maxim's De Paris Gourmet Foods.

To complete the destination, Bin Hendi Avenue also features a wide range of food and beverage outlets including Bin Hendi Enterprises' own brands Japengo Café, a multi cuisine outlet, Bella Donna Italian restaurant, and a Second Cup coffee shop. Other outlets include The Noodle House, from Jumeirah, and Mugg and Bean.

In addition to the outlets, Bin Hendi Avenue features a central space totaling more than 3200 Square ft, designed to house exhibitions and events.

The ground and upper level of Bin Hendi Avenue is set to open to the public by mid November in two stages.
