TNT appoints Regional Sales, Customer Service and Marketing Director

TNT Express, the world's leading B2B express delivery company, has appointed Jeremy Skyrme as its Regional Sales, Customer Service and Marketing Director for India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA).

Skyrme, (35), joins TNT with almost two decades of Middle East industry experience including Iraq and Afghanistan. He has held various senior level sales positions within the logistics sector, most recently as the Middle East Global Customer Solutions Manager, based in Bahrain. He has also previously worked with TNT Express in Dubai as Middle East Product Development Manager and UAE National Sales Manager.

"Jeremy's primary role is to grow sales revenue within IMEA and initiate where possible, new country product portfolios which will ultimately drive customer satisfaction and instil TNT as a one-stop-shop logistics provider", said Jinendra Sancheti, Regional Vice President - IMEA, TNT Express.

"He will also ensure all sales and customer services staff are equipped, trained, qualified, motivated, developed and empowered to provide high levels of client satisfaction. "

Skyrme will eventually lead a 400-strong sales and customer service workforce.
