TEN launches online real estate resource

TEN Real Estate is a unique online property resource that was built with the main goal of assisting local and international property seekers to quickly find property for sale and rent in the United Arab Emirates. The website will be most useful to international property seekers who don't have the luxury of picking up the local newspapers and browse through property classifieds. Local property seekers will also find the website useful, as they will no longer have to browse through pages and pages of property classifieds, as the website provides an easy and powerful search facility.

In addition to the website's ability to search properties, the website has dedicated sections for local developers and their developments. "When an individual is looking to buy or rent any type of property, they would naturally want to know more information about the property they are interested in, so we have gathered information about the popular developments in Dubai and have incorporated them into the website. We will continue to add addition developments throughout the UAE, along with information about their developers," said Yousuf Philips, CEO of TEN.

When asked about what made TEN Real Estate stand out against other UAE property websites, he said, "When developing TEN Real Estate, we chose not to limit ourselves to Dubai's freehold properties, which many other property resources do.
