- PRESS RELEASE
Dubai-based regional HR & recruitment specialist Clarendon Parker Middle East has consolidated its entire operation to Dubai Internet City in a technology-driven move.
The company, acquired by Luby earlier this year, previously operated two offices in Dubai - one in DIC, the other on Sheikh Zayed Road. The consolidation has seen the company move to new 2,000 square foot office with DIC opened this week by Dr. Omar bin Sulaiman, CEO, Dubai Internet City.
"It is good to see DIC's unique benefits assisting the development of tenants," said Dr. Sulaiman.
Clarendon Parker, which has dedicated teams devoted to market sectors which include I.T., telecoms, finance, customer services, construction and FMCG, is currently receiving between 600-700 applications a day and foresees substantial growth over the next 12 months.
"Within a year I envisage our daily application rate doubling," explained Luby. "Our new I.T. infrastructure will allow Clarendon Parker to handle the increase and will also rationalise our own employees productivity."
Clarendon Parker, which has Arabic-speaking recruitment specialists on its staff, also has consulting expertise provided by personnel qualified by the British Psychological Society in personality and skill evaluations.
