The tower will be a dedicated state of the art office building, featuring the very latest in building technology, amenities and services for its business tenants. An open floor plan design has been adopted to allow for subdivision into customised tenanted areas. The main entrance and lobby will be hallmarked by a spectacular heritage arrival presenting visitors with a truly breathtaking view as they enter. The development will also house the impressive ERWDA library along with display areas, a high tech business and conference centre, a 150-seat auditorium, a restaurant, a day care centre, and a gymnasium.

We trust this will be the beginning of a long relationship between our two organizations where we can continue to bring the latest of cooling technologies to the UAE, particularly in Abu Dhabi through our active involvement in many of the stunning projects announced recently in Abu Dhabi which will unquestionably raise the city to even higher levels".

Over the last 3 months, Tabreed has signed deals to cool Fujairah and Ajman's tallest towers, Khalidiyah Mall and Dubai Municipality's prominent Metro Project and has also won two gold awards in the United States from IDEA, the International District Energy Association, for having the highest number of spaces cooled and the highest number of buildings connected in 2004.

District cooling is widely used throughout the UAE and around the world, piping chilled water from a centralised plant to a range of residential, commercial and government buildings. Landlords are attracted to the maintenance-free, economic and environmentally friendly cooling benefits of the technology, while tenants enjoy reduced ambient noise and better temperature control in their homes, making it the perfect solution to all cooling requirements.
