Having witnessed Bergé's achievements firsthand, Denis Johnson, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, InterContinental Hotels Group, Middle East and Africa, said:
"Pauline has proven herself to be an innovative and dedicated operator. During her time at the Crowne Plaza in Oman she contributed to the successful repositioning of the hotel from a four-star deluxe to a five-star-like hotel, along with taking a leadership role in the property's new Crowne Plaza Club Floor launch. We are confident that with her solid grasp on business in Oman she proves a great success in this new role."
