AED1 billion Armada Towers foundation work successfully completed

The Armada Group is one of the leading property investment organizations in the region.

CSHK Dubai Contracting (LLC), which is currently undertaking this massive project, has already begun the next stage of construction work. The company was awarded an AED 315-million contract for the construction of Armada Towers in July this year.

Dr. Mohammed Raheef Hakmi, Chairman, Armada Group, said:

"With the help of the expertise of CSHK Dubai, Group member of China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Ltd, the foundation laying work has been completed in a record time. CSHK Dubai has already begun work on the next stage which will see the Armada Towers project being executed expeditiously over the next few months. This will also enable the project to be completed within 28 months."

Mr. Melvin John Ford, General Manager, CSHK (Dubai), said: "The successful completion of the foundation works on the massive Armada Towers project will pave way for the rest of the work to go ahead smoothly. The Armada Towers project will be a proof of our international standards that we adhere to in our construction work worldwide."

Once completed, the three Armada Towers will house 1,200 apartments and occupy a space of 60,000 square feet. The development will offer 21,000 square feet of external and 15,000 square feet of internal retail space. In all it will have a total build up area of around 1.6 million square feet. Besides this, Armada Towers will house 12 luxurious penthouses, four in each tower.

The Armada Group has already invested in excess of AED 1 billion in the Armada Towers, which is one of the most highly anticipated and much sought after real estate developments in Dubai. The Abu Dhabi-based APCC, a renowned piling company, had done the AED12-million piling work on this outstanding project at the Jumeirah Lake Towers site.
