Falcon City of Wonders displays its show model at BurJuman Centre

The model features the entire range of structures that constitute the project, including the architectural wonders of the world such as the Pyramids, the Babylonian Gardens, the Eiffel Tower, the Taj Mahal, the Great Wall of China, the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Lighthouse of Alexandria. In addition to the wonders, the model contains 1,400 villas and 54 G+6 buildings. The aesthetically illuminated model is positioned atop the glass bridge over the fountain located off the main doors of BurJuman.

Falcon City of Wonders is shaped after the Falcon, which is symbolic of the UAE's heritage. The project is spread over an area of 4 million square metres, and is divided into five overlapping phases, with the first phase expected to begin in early 2006. Falcon City of Wonders comprises apartments, villas, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, health clubs, schools and parks.

Of the wonders of the world that make up the project, the Grand Pyramid of Giza will contain residential flats, offices and retail outlets, while the Babylonian Gardens will comprise luxury apartments, restaurants and coffee shops. Retail outlets and luxury apartments will be the main features of the Eiffel Tower, whereas the Taj Mahal will contain hotels and restaurants. The Great Wall of China will encircle the Pharaohs Theme Park.
