Solidarity participates in developing Bahraini graduates

Solidarity Insurance Company has set up training and developing plan for the fresh graduate's candidates from University of Bahrain as part of their "On the Job Training Program", aimed at supporting their studies.
Ms Fatima Ahmed Al Ammadi and Mr. Hamad Jaffar Badow, University of Bahrain graduates, had recently joined Solidarity's T&D program in order to be in line with the to months training and development plan set to provide graduates with the finest knowledge about the industry, from one side, and the role they play, from another side.
Ms Fatima Ahmed Al Ammadi, underwent a training program on General Office Procedures in various departments such as Administration & Human Resources, Training & Development, Accounts, Finance (Investments) etc. This training commensurate with her field of Graduation. Fatima showed high levels of commitment and experienced the importance of employee contribution to the success of any business in the kingdom.
Mr. Hamad Jaffar Badow, a graduate of Statistics and Operations Research and holds a diploma in Insurance from the Bahrain Training Institute, underwent a focused T&D program due to his industry background. Hamad's training covered the technical aspects of General Takaful that included several protection offerings such as marine, motor, and medical Takaful. In his stay, Hamad was able to demonstrate his educational experience combined with his self learning ability to achieve as much knowledge as possible about the Bahraini market and the industry in general.
The University of Bahrain Graduates received certificates of experience from the Head of Administration and Human Resources, who said: "As part of Solidarity's core values "Build a solid future together", we are committed to provide the optimal support to the Bahraini nationals aiming to ride along with the current trend in reaching the pinnacle of development and advancements, in making Bahrain, the Arab World's financial hub, and in becoming the heart of the financial industry in the Middle East." He added "as industry experts, our main concern is to give equal opportunities to students to open a gate of healthy and constructive completion which in turn will help in making a better Bahrain"
