The sleek, modern looking AN110 can be hung on the wall like a simple picture frame, and it projects one of the best quality HD pictures in the market. LG's wall mountable projector also saves installation space.

"We are seeing a rise in demand for projection technology that integrates both portability and strong performance. Organisations are turning to compact projectors that offer them convenience and clarity. Projector sales are particularly strong in the government and education sectors," said C H Lee, President, LG Electronics Gulf FZE.

The world's first true wall mountable projector uses LG technology to bend the traditionally straight lens into an 'L' shape. The exterior lens is placed on the flat side of the projector; this enables it to be wall mounted.

It is the first model to use the WXGA (1280x768) DLP™ panel to improve image clarity. Digital Light Processing is the world's only all-digital display chip and a key ingredient in the best digital projectors available today. DLP technology uses an optical semiconductor to recreate source material with fidelity that analogue systems cannot match.

LG's AN110 model has an impressive 900 ANSI 1m brightness and 2500:1 contrast ratio; this enables it to project clear images even in bright environments. The projector also has an auto slide ventilator opener and auto slide lens shutter, reducing the need for manual adjustment and handling.

"The imaging market is peaking in terms of competitiveness. We believe LG's technological advantages, manufacturing infrastructure and R&D investment will help us capture an impressive market share for product groups in Middle East. The high performance aspects of the AN110 make it ideal for a wide variety of applications with long operating hours in classrooms, meeting rooms, stores and showrooms, to restaurants and public advertising," added Lee.
