New Dell Latitude C-840 takes Saudi market by storm

The newly launched Dell Latitude C-840 has taken the Saudi market by storm after its launch in April this year.
The new Dell Latitude C-840 was launched earlier this year provides more computing options for users. The C-840 is powered with a Pentium 4 Mobile Intel Processor, which was designed to work in laptops, is a serious innovation in processor technology. The Mobile Processor allows the battery to give 40% additional computing time compared to the conventional chip. Also, thanks to the new Mobile processor technology, the laptop emits less heat.
In addition to the new mobile processor, the C-840 is equipped with a 64 Mb video ram, and its DVD 8X drive and 256 DD RAM ensures double performance and speed. The new Latitude is internet ready with an integrated modem, an integrated Ethernet LAN, speakers and stereo and microphone, and a Arabic and English ready keyboard. Like all Dell products, the C-840 is backed by a three-year warranty.
"As the region's largest IT market, we are committed to bringing the best products and solutions to the Kingdom," said Al Mohaisen. "The Latitude C-840 is just the beginning of an extensive program for Dell in the Kingdom which will include introduction of new products and solutions for the Saudi market."
According to the most recent IDC study, Dell is the number one PC brand in the Kingdom with a 20% marketshare.
