$21bn Kuwaiti budget surplus

Kuwait is heading for a $21bn budget surplus this year thanks to soaring oil prices, according to a new forecast from Al Shall Consulting and Investment. Oil revenues account for around half of Kuwait's GDP with production running at 2.7m bpd.
