"We're extremely excited about taking part in this event" said Marzooq Al Marzooq, Chairman of Tamdeen SCD.
"With more than six thousand participants from over 50 countries, Tamdeen SCD will be the first Kuwaiti company to join the conference and we will take that opportunity to introduce our latest and most exciting retail and leisure destination in Kuwait: 360°Kuwait."
"We're looking forward to our participation in MAPIC as it's an ideal place to introduce ourselves and our latest project to the international community" explained Mr. Al Marzooq.
360° Kuwait will be one of the largest retail developments in the centre of Kuwait and is designed by an international and local team of architects and consultants. MAPIC provides insight into the retail real estate industry and assists industry professionals in discovering new trends. "It only makes sense that we utilize the opportunity of our presence in this exhibition to introduce our latest project to the international market" said Mr. Ahmed Al Sarawy, Managing Director of Tamdeen SCD. "We're there to tell the international community that the new trend is emerging in Kuwait."
Explaining the philosophy behind 360° Kuwait's unique name and design, Mr. Al Sarawi said: "The shopping centre's design and architecture were inspired by the strong Arab tradition of navigation by the stars and history of planetary studies, and we named this state-of-the-art development '360° Kuwait' to
reflect the unique curvilinear shape of the building and the interior circular concourses."
360° Kuwait will echo many of the architectural features of the region - material, colour, and environmental graphics -- all of which have been carefully chosen to deliver the experience of travel through time and space.
360° Kuwait brings to the market a gross leasable area of over 59,000m2, offers patrons retail, restaurant and entertainment opportunities. Features include a hypermarket, cinema, bowling alley, both family and teenage entertainment venues, upscale restaurants, a food court, and multiple water features.
