Inspired by the design aesthetic and material of luxury sports cars, Vertu Ascent contrasts the feel of soft hand-stitched leather with hard precision-engineered Liquidmetal® alloy - a new material selected for its robust and flexible structure. The Vertu Ascent keypad alone contains over 150 different parts including the stainless steel keys, each of which sit on two jewelled bearings that are tested to over two million presses. Vertu Ascent is available in black, brown, beige, red, yellow, blue and pink with the Vertu Ascent White being the most recently launched special edition.

High quality substances are used in the production of the Vertu Ascent Collections including a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal face, ultra-strong highly polished ceramic, fine leather and jewelled bearings that are fitted under each key, giving a reassuring click each time the key is pressed and providing it with a longer life span.

The Vertu Ascent Motorsport Limited Edition recently launched globally, has been crafted from Liquidmetal® and petrol-resistant automotive leather. Each handset is inlayed with carbon fibre as used on the Team Vertu Supercup racing car and Vertu is the first company to use carbon fibre in the manufacture of mobile phones.

Vertu also offers its clients a unique service, designed specifically for Vertu's owners who by pressing the discretely positioned Concierge key on their phones will gain access to a dedicated team of lifestyle managers, capable of helping them get the most out of their valuable free time.
