Our first serious engagement with the region came at last year's forum when Her Excellency Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi, Minister of Economy and Planning, Government of United Arab Emirates was a keynote speaker."

The participation of the strong Saudi delegation comes in advance of next month's WTO Ministerial meeting in Hong Kong where Saudi Arabia's accession into the world-trade body is expected.

This year's forum theme is "Going Global: Reinventing for Today, Creating for Tomorrow", the Forum will focus on emerging strategic priorities, innovative business practices and the evolving role of the chief executive in the globalization processes.

Business leaders in Asia recognize the growing importance of regional influence on globalcommerce, particularly in the context of China and the fueling of its growth where the Middle-East is predicted to play an instrumental role.
