Arabian Travel Market website goes multi-lingual

  • United Arab Emirates: Tuesday, November 08 - 2005 at 11:08
  • PRESS RELEASE

Reed Travel Exhibitions (RTE), organisers of the Arabian Travel Market, the Middle East's premier travel and tourism event, has upgraded the show's website to now deliver information in nine languages, including Arabic.

The website can now run in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and Arabic.

"This major upgrade was implemented to better address our multi-lingual audience and to assist in the improved delivery of information across our expanding exhibitor and visitor geographic footprint," said Chris Chackal, RTE's Group Exhibition Director - Overseas Events.

"The investment is also in line with our promise of delivering one event, yet unlimited destinations."

The website upgrade is one in a series of initiatives introduced by RTE to further build Arabian Travel Market's profile and return-on-investment potential. Others include an expanded seminar programme which will next year feature 12 sessions and an extended Hosted Buyer Programme, which in 2006 will double in size and see 100 of the world's most influential meeting, incentive, conference and event buyers gather at the show to do business.

"Each year Arabian Travel Market builds on the success of previous shows to deliver to exhibitors the highest quality travel trade buyers and decision makers," said Chackal. "These initiatives have been implemented to ensure that the show continues to exceed expectations in terms of quality and quantity with many exhibitors having their most profitable Arabian Travel Market yet."

Arabian Travel Market 2006 will be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from May 2-5.
