Esca targets insiders

The Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority has tightened rules on insider trading, which includes banning directors from trading shares in their firms before general meetings and the publication of results, according to Reuters. Esca has also been given more power to monitor stock trading and impose fines and suspensions for share dealing infractions.
