Mr. Omar Ayesh, President of Tameer Holding Company, confirmed the importance of this year's exhibition, referring that Tameer would have a prominent participation in the activities through showcasing the most prominent quality projects it is developing in different areas of the UAE. He clarified that the International Property Exhibition 2005 constitutes an extremely significant opportunity to all regional & international investors and buyers where it provides them with the opportunity to become familiar with the most eminent developments the property sector is currently witnessing in the world market. This year's exhibition is undoubtedly capturing the attention of the property development companies and international agents, providing them with an appropriate commercial platform to attract the Arab investors & financiers. Therefore, Tameer's participation will be the most prominent in this year's event through which we will be exhibiting the achievements we have accomplished within the recent years, and the immense projects that bear witness to the efficient role that Tameer plays in developing the property sector within the UAE.

The Princess Village is regarded as one of the most prominent projects the Emirate of Ajman is witnessing, through which Tameer marks a strong entry into the Emirate's property market. The project comprises of an integral commercial-residential city built on a total area of approximately 3 million square feet, investing up to $ 1.2 billion. The first phase of the project was sold out during Tameer's participation at Cityscape Dubai 2005.
Tameer Holding Company has recently embarked on the preliminary works allotted to the project, which also includes hotel apartments and a commercial market of an area of up to 500 thousand square meters. The project boasts a strategic location on the Emirates Road in the vicinity of Dubai and within 15 minutes away from Dubai International Airport. The preliminary works will end in November, while all work phases have been scheduled for completion towards the end of 2007.
Through its participation in the World Wide Property Exhibition 2005, Tameer will also brief the visitors on its most prominent project in Dubai, the "Princess Tower," which is considered the world's tallest residential tower in Dubai Marina on an area of 37,410 square feet investing up to AED 500 million and is scheduled for completion in December 2008.
It is worth mentioning that Tameer Holding Company is the fruit of a strategic partnership between Al-Rajhy Investment Group & Tameer Property Establishment. Its investment portfolio in the market is AED 40 billion. The company is developing a number of the quality projects in the UAE such as the Madinat Al-Salam Project in Umm Al-Quwain, investing up to AED 50 billion covering an area of 220 million square feet.
