A hospital with a 24-hour medical clinic is being constructed in the Emirates Hills development in Dubai, reported 7Days. The medical clinic is due to open in February 2006 at the Springs Community Centre. Two children died following recent accidents in the development, with witnesses critical about the delay in emergency services arriving on the scene.
