Xceed presents the Data Monitor report and declares: Egypt is the new compelling call center location on the map

In light of a recent Datamonitor report that confirmed Egypt as a new potential call center destination, Xceed the largest contact center in the Southern Mediterranean region, confirmed that it took part this September in both the ACCE exhibition and conference in Seattle and Call Centre Expo in Birmingham, where the center shared the findings of the report with companies that are investigating new offshore destinations or those planning to expand existing offshore operations.

According to the report, the demand for Egyptian outsourced, offshore call centers will grow by an astonishing compound of 50% by 2009 due to the country's competitive advantages such as; lower-value cost of labor, Advanced state of commercial development, Government incentives, an educated labor pool with multilingual skills, in addition to the country's geographic niche-market advantages and advanced telephony infrastructures.

"We believe we have a major advantage over other call center destinations in terms of a powerful combination of multilingual skills and low agent rates,"

said Adel Danish, Chairman and CEO, Xceed Contact Center.

'Investors from Western Europe and North America are likely be impressed with Egypt's opportunities on several fronts,' stated the Datamonitor report, such as the country's friendly investment attitudes and advanced state of technological and commercial development, and many other features that is expected to make Egypt a significant offshore player.

The Annual Call Center Exhibition, took place from September 19-21, 2005 in Seattle, United States. The "Call Center Expo 2005," (CCE) took place from September 28-29, 2005 in Birmingham, England. Xceed Contact Center had presence at both exhibitions.
