The estimated cost for this development is AED 250 million. ESEC is a leading regional contracting company active in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Lebanon, and Dubai with affiliates in Paris and London. "'The partnership is an important collaboration between two companies that share the same passion and commitment to delivering superior quality to valued investors. We are confident that with El Seif, Jewels would become one of Dubai's iconic projects paving the way for a lifestyle that is luxurious and reflective of the successful UAE business professionals today," said Mr. Ahmed M. Al Hatti, CEO of The Jewels and Chairman of Cayan.

The Jewels twin tower complex which has been launched recently stands for a complete, elegant symbol of luxurious living. Construction work on the residential towers has already begun and the project is scheduled for completion in December 2006.

This uniquely designed project is designed by award winning Hazel Wong, who conceptualized the Emirates Towers and the new Dubai Federal Aviation Headquarters.

The Jewels twin towers rise to an imposing 20 storey, and will house 120 units and 5 villas priced between AED 800,000 to AED 10million. These include one, two, three bedroom apartments, duplexes, penthouses, lofts, retail shops and luxurious villas overlooking the spectacular marina. Unit sizes range from 940 sq. ft. for a one bedroom apartment to 9,397 sq. ft. for the Presidential Penthouse.

Complementing this wide array of residences is an amazing range of amenities - high-end finishes, full home automation, fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms, even a Jacuzzi in the master's bathroom. From luxury entrances to swimming pools, gymnasiums, nursery, business centre, conference rooms, executive lounge, cigar room and 24 hour security, the twin towers have everything to keep the discerning home owner or investor happy.
