Charles de Foucault has been named the new Hotel Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel & Spa announced General Manager Pascal Duchauffour.
A veteran of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel company for seventeen years, Mr. de Foucault's career has spanned four continents and twelve cities. A former general manager of the hotels and resorts in Seoul, South Korea and Marina Del Rey, California Mr. de Foucault brings a wealth of operating experience, business acumen and knowledge to his new position.
Throughout his distinguished career Mr. de Foucault was instrumental in assisting The Ritz-Carlton, Seoul win the coveted country's National Quality Award. He has also been involved in major events such as the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games and the World Cup in South Korea 2002.
A firm supporter of employee satisfaction, Mr. de Foucault believes a hotel's primary asset is its employees. By consistently striving to nurture and maximize the talents of each individual he promises to take hotel service to the next level. A native of Nice, France, Mr. de Foucault enjoys motor bike riding, skiing and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
