She moved to Promoseven's Head Office in Dubai from from McDonald's in Germany, where she was Vice President. This is Ricarda's return to the Middle East, where she was Director Marketing and Communications for McDonald's Middle East Development Company from 2001 to 2003.
Ricarda's portfolio at Promoseven includes the development of the new markets, and one of her first assignments was the successful launch of the first Promoseven Network office in Europe - in Cyprus. She is responsible for developing several key areas of management focus for the agency, including employee sustainability and growth, continuing education, corporate communications, change management, management architecture and staff development across Promoseven's 35 offices in the Middle East and North Africa.
Fortune Promoseven is recognized as the largest advertising agency network in the region, and the agency has been making concerted efforts towards regional synergy and communications - all geared to continuously improving the wide spectrum of products and services offered across the region.
