TEN Movies, which is a member website of UAE web-portal The Emirates Network Dot Com (TEN), initially launched its Dubai Film Festival website after the festival was first announced during the 2003 Cannes Film Festival. During DIFF 2004, TEN Movies' resident film critics, Adnan Khan and Faizan Rashid, covered the festival and their daily updates and reviews were published on the website, which can be found at the internet address < http://movies.theemiratesnetwork.com/diff/ >.

"TEN Movies' DIFF website has grown from being just a single webpage into a full blown website dedicated to the annual coverage of the Dubai International Film Festival. It is the most popular Internet website about the festival and we felt that it was important that we re-design and re-develop the website to improve its appearence to visitors and our ease of updating it,"

said Yousuf Philips, CEO of TEN.
