Bosch launches technical hotline to provide expert service assistance to its agents

Bosch, the world's leading manufacturer of automotive technology products, has announced the introduction of a new technical hotline.

The new hotline enables Bosch Car Service centers, spare part and test equipment agents to help their customers find instant solutions to any unexpected problems they might encounter while using Bosch auto repair test equipments or spare parts.

The Bosch technical hotline includes a quality telephone consulting service that provides expert assistance for both minor and major technical problems and direction on the use of sophisticated Bosch Diagnostic test equipments. By making use of this service, workshops and service centers can save time and money as well as boost productivity of their staff.

"The technical hotline will be of significant help to service centers and workshops, as it offers quick, expert help on all aspects of Bosch products and equipment. This way the Bosch agent can establish a better relationship with their customers by enabling them to better assist their own customers. With the new hotline, they could be assured of speedy, professional solutions to problems that might emerge in course of maintenance work,"

said Albert Stengl, Regional Service Manager, Bosch Automotive Aftermarket(Bosch AA)Middle East.

"Bosch has long been the pioneers in automotive technology, and boasts highly-trained engineers having access to the complete Bosch know-how. We provide regular training to our engineers and mechanics to ensure that they remain on the cutting edge of knowledge. These professionals have at their disposal a wealth of practice-oriented know-how and experience, and are equipped to provide practical solutions to the most complicated of problems," he added.

The Robert Bosch Automotive Aftermarket Middle East regional office was recently established to support Bosch partners and customers in the Middle East. Bosch AA outfits new vehicles with individually matched components and systems, and provides a comprehensive range of more than 150,000 Original Equipment (OE) quality spare parts such as diesel and petrol injection parts, sparkplugs, filters, starters, generators, brakes, headlights and other automotive supplies.
