VIPs visit Batelco's stand at ICT 4 All Exhibition in Tunisia

Batelco is participating in the 'ICT 4 All Exhibition' - now being held in Tunisia - under the pavilion of the government of Bahrain.
Batelco staff manning the exhibition briefed the visitors on the exhibits showcased at the stand and explained how Batelco is utilising its vast experience in telecommunications and information technology fields to make ICT technology within the reach of all, thus contributing to the global efforts aiming at bridging the digital divide.
The ICT 4 all Exhibition, which started yesterday November 15 and will continue until the 19th of the same month, is running in tandem with the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) UN Summit which is on the 16th Nov - 18th Nov.
The intensive global presence in the event shows the importance of the issue being discussed by participating delegates and reflects the hopes that the people across the world are hold on its results. People around the globe are holding their breath awaiting the resolutions to be passed by the exhibition, which will certainly change most of the aspects of their life.
The exhibition is an opportunity for participants to attend presentations delivered by a think-tank on the benefits of ICT that individuals, as well as government and private sectors, could reap from this information technology breakthrough.
