The block booking guarantees a minimum of 100 hours per year for one of the two Elite Jets' Raytheon Hawker 1000 aircraft, for IAC's Dubai-based corporate client.

Hugh Courtenay, IAC's Chief Executive, said: "This block booking agreement with Elite Jets is a good deal for IAC and our corporate client, who is looking for high quality air charter services with privacy and convenience, for intra-Gulf and European routes. We have built a good working relationship with Elite Jets since the company started operating last year and they have demonstrated the high degree of professionalism and the commitment to high quality service standards that provides us with the confidence to make this commitment on behalf of our client. As the air charter industry continues to expand rapidly in the Middle East, we will develop our working relationship with Elite Jets and, together, continue to promote the feasibility of acquiring and operating aircraft through Elite Jets; we are already looking to secure new aircraft for Elite Jets to operate."

Paras Dhamecha, CEO of Elite Jets, added: "Elite Jets is delighted to win this business with IAC and we regard it as a testament to the success of our first year of operations, during which we have built a solid charter business and a good reputation."
