DM prepare for 3RD Euro-Arab Conference

The preparatory committee for the 3RD Euro-Arab Conference will be held at Dubai Municipality on Monday.
Mr. Obeid Salem Al Shamsi, Assistant Director General for Administrative and General Services Affairs, Mr. Munther Akram Juma, Director of Public Relations and Organizations Department and Dr. Abdelfattah Toukan, Coordinator of the 3rd Euro-Arab Conference and Executive Secretary, Dubai International Award for Best Practices will represent Dubai Municipality in the meeting.
The Italy-based COPPEM will be represented by its secretary general Mr. Carmelo Motta, Mrs. Giovanna Cirino from its press office, Mr. Calogero Speziale and Mrs. Cristina Stimolo, COPPEM's representatives for Institutional and International Relations. Other participants from Italy include Mr. Sebastiano Di Bella, Director of the Parliament, Mr. Benedetto Mineo, Director of the Sicily Region, Mr. Angelo Capodicasa, former President of the Sicilian Region, Mr. Vladimiro Crisafulli, Vice President of the Sicilian Parliament, Mr. Sebastiano Messina and Mr. Lazzano, Parliament officers.
Mr. Jeremy Smith will represent the France-based CEMR. Other participants in the meeting include Mr. Ahmed Soloum, Director, Arab Urban Development Institute, Saudi Arabia, Mr. Ghassan Samman, Assistant Director General for Advertising & Foreign Relations Department, ATO, Kuwait and Ms. Mounia S. Haider Secretary, ATO.
The meeting will also choose the organizing partners and define their roles as well as discuss the main frame of the conference and the suggested topics to be deliberated in the conference as well as the participants from the Arab and European sides.
