Bombardier Skyjet International and Royal Jet unveil strategic alliance at Dubai airshow

Bombardier Skyjet International announced today it has selected the Royal Jet Group - a leading executive flight services provider based in the UAE - to join its growing business jet charter network.
The agreement - which brings the Skyjet International Middle Eastern fleet to 16 business aircraft - was signed by Christopher Crum, President & Chief Executive Officer of Royal Jet and Judith Moreton, Managing Director, Bombardier Skyjet International, in a ceremony held today at the Royal Jet chalet at the Dubai Air Show.
On hand to celebrate this momentous occasion, His Excellency Sheikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Chairman of Royal Jet said: "Royal Jet is very pleased by the alliance and partnership established with Bombardier Skyjet International. It is a strategic step that reflects our commitment to enhance our customer base."
"The Middle East continues to be one of our most important emerging markets, with demand increasing at exponential rates," added Judith Moreton. "As one of the region's leading business jet charter providers, with exceptional safety and service standards, Royal Jet is an excellent addition to our growing network. Already, their new Challenger 300 is generating tremendous interest among customers in the region."
An active leader in the air charter and services industry, Royal Jet hosted the first Middle East Business Aviation Conference (MEBA), a Royal Jet initiative launched to examine the growing needs of the business jet sector. MEBA was held on November 19, 2005, under the dual patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President, Department of Civil Aviation, Government of Dubai and His Excellency Sheikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Public Works and Chairman of Royal Jet.
