Exciting offers from Cellucom await visitors to Global Village

Cellucom is the only sponsor from the telecommunications sector at Global Village this year and hopes to target the growing number of visitors to Global Village with its range of products and value added services.

Cellucom will have six kiosks spread across Global Village this year. One of the main attractions for customers will be the postcard millionaire cards that will be given away free with every purchase of Cellucom's products, giving them a chance to become millionaires.

Among the latest mobile phones that will be on display at the Cellucom outlets at Global Village will be the Sony Ericsson W5501, Nokia N70, Nokia N91, the soon-to-be launched E-Series and N-Series from Nokia and the latest range of mobiles from i-mate.

"This is an extension of our last year's commitment to Global Village, although this time our involvement is much bigger," said Arun Nagar, Managing Director, Cellucom. "Global Village attracts thousands of tourists from all over the Middle East region, and this gives us an opportunity to interact with our customers on a one-to-one basis, as we have a strong regional presence."

"Considering the vastness of Global Village we felt the need to have at least six kiosks across the location. This also presents us with an opportunity to increase our visibility to a captive audience. Further, Global Village serves as the ideal backdrop for Cellucom to promote its focus on 'Mobility' in the region,"

'Mobility' has been a key focus for Cellucom in the recent months in line with current market trends, and the company has been extensively promoting its range of laptops, mobile phones, PDAs and other enhancements.

At Global Village, Cellucom product experts will be present at the kiosks to explain the benefits and features of each product and also to assist shoppers in making the best decision while choosing the right device that best matches their mobility needs.
