InterContinental Le Vendome, the first hotel in Lebanon to receive ISO 9001:2000 Certification

InterContinental Le Vendome, the luxury boutique hotel in Lebanon is proud to announce that it has been recertified by ISO 9001:2000 for implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System.

InterContinental Le Vendôme has been the first and only hotel to be ISO certified in Lebanon since 1999; this certification given by the International Organization of Standardization (ISO) formalizes InterContinental Le Vendôme's continued commitment to offer a high quality service to its Guests. ISO, a worldwide federation of national standards bodies and a total quality management system, ensures that vital features such as quality, reliability, efficiency and effectiveness are implemented and shared in good management practices. Throughout the process of certification, all the Team members of InterContinental Le Vendôme's were able to deliver a continuous effort in order for the hotel to meet the requirements of such a certificate.
