The conference aims to address the importance of customer care as a competitive strategy in today's economy. After downsizing, outsourcing, and streamlining, it seems that businesses and organizations are left with no other competitive option other than to improve their customer care skills.

At the conference and workshop, Datamatix speakers will highlight how competitiveness can be achieved by applying simple techniques and good mannerisms when interacting with existing and potential customers.

"Today's business ROI is purely in achieving ROC and we will explain what this means during the event so we encourage you to join us,"

said Shahriar Shahabi, Head of Datamatix School of Business & Government.

The conference will also focus on the importance of customer care in government organizations as many departments today feel they are exempt from having to offer good customer care. In fact, government organizations today need to do more on this front in order to keep citizens, be they individuals or businesses, content.

"It is a fact that Governments that fail to deliver quality customer care through a citizen centric organization will risk loosing the most important asset their nation can posses, its intellectual property followed by investment capital." Further added Mr. Shahabi

The conference will also feature two interactive workshops that will outline key strategies in customer care such as, understanding your customer in 60 seconds, reading body language, and how to serve before you are asked.

International speakers lined up for this year's conference are Dr. Andy Nazarechuk -Dean, University of Las Vegas, USA - Singapore Campus; Ms. Linda Keefe -Chief Executive Officer, Shared Results International, USA; Ms. Susan Macaulay -Managing Director, Strike Communications.
