Batelco, first to offer second-based IDD calls billing

With the introduction of this service, Batelco offers customers more value for money and ensures that they only pay for the time they spend when making international calls, making them save more.

Responding to customers' queries about how international calls are billed, The Bahrain Telecommunications Company (Batelco) would like to explain that it is the first telecommunication company in Bahrain that uses the per second-based IDD call billing system.

Batelco, through the regular review of its prices, aims to offer the best and most reliable services at competitive prices. This is part of its commitment to improve customers' experience and secure their continuous use of its wide range of unmatchable services.

Batelco works closely with the Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (TRA) to explore ways that would reflect positively on customers and the Kingdom of Bahrain as a whole to make our beloved country an attraction for global investments.
