This event will be held at Sheraton Cairo Hotel Towers and Casino, Cairo, Egypt on November 27, at the Intercontinental Riyadh Hotel, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on November 28, and at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Dubai on November 30, 2005.
