They were also impressed with the innovative customer loyalty programs and after-sales services like the `Worlds Longest Warranty' namely - the Lifetime Diamond Warranty, and the 10,000 kms service intervals that have brought down the service expenses of Mitsubishi owners drastically encouraging the customers to own a Mitsubishi without any burden.
They also were impressed with the newly established Call Center.
