In the UAE, the xA was welcomed with an overwhelming response by the country's youth for its eye-catching styling and individual identity. Feedback for the vehicle was extremely encouraging following the launch for the fresh, compact and reliable vehicle.
In 2004 Al-Futtaim Motors conducted extensive research amongst xA owners across all nationalities and Emirates in the UAE to gauge the popularity of the vehicle. 98% of owners stated that they had received positive feedback regarding their xA from friends and colleagues. 96% said that they would recommend the car to others.
The 2006 Year Models have been further improvised with a newly designed speed meter, newly designed front and rear bumpers, front grille and front headlamps. Two new colours have also been introduced for the 2006 xA Year Models, which also come equipped with a single CD player as a standard feature.
