Fuel surcharge, third cut

Air cargo carriers in the Europe - Middle East sector will cut fuel surcharge rates to 0.45 euros by 5 December, the third reduction in as many weeks, reported Gulf News. The reductions reflect the recent drop in fuel prices and reverses a trend of fuel surcharge increases during 2005.
