First Video Communications, Microsoft and Polycom organize video conferencing seminars

First Video Communications (FVC), the region's leading provider of web-conferencing and video-conferencing solutions based at Dubai Internet City, teamed up with Microsoft and Polycom, the world's leading provider of unified collaborative communications solutions to raise awareness of the emergence of new video communications technologies by organising seminars in Abu Dhabi and Dubai recently.

The two events introduced participants to the Microsoft Live Communications Server Integration with Polycom MCU, combining Microsoft's instant messaging and web conferencing capabilities with Polycom's conferencing solutions, allowing customers to connect and share information in real time.

This latest cost-effective technology will pave the way for faster decision-making and improved productivity in organisation,and overall, contribute towards business excellence. During the seminars, Microsoft, Polycom and FVC experts provided participants a first-hand insight into this technology, through live demonstrations, and also offered advice on how they can be integrated with their business operations.
