AFS and Qatar International Islamic Bank (QIIB) announce a joint agreement

Arab Financial Service (AFS) the region's first and most prominent provider of electronic-payment solutions and outsourced financial services has announced today a joint agreement with Qatar International Islamic Bank (QIIB) to provide the bank with its Smart Alert Card SMS Service to the bank cardholder customers.

The Smart Alert Card SMS Service is a complete Short Messaging Service solution for payment card programs, with Smart Alert QIIB will be able to communicate information to its cardholders efficiently, it will allow the bank to communicate wide range of messaging alerts such as authorizations and fraud alerts, customer service, billing, payment and marketing.

This unique solution offered by AFS to its client banks addresses the need for instant access to information at the customers' end and will assist QIIB in Minimizing fraud, providing better customer services, improving customers' loyalty and increasing sales.

Mr. Rasool Hujair commented,
