Daman Securities achieves 40% emiratization

The UAE Government, under the leadership of The President HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has laid greater emphasis on nationalization as the way forward for this growing economy. In Dubai, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and the UAE Defence Minister, has recently urged the private sector to focus on employing more nationals in order to encourage them to come forward and take responsibility for steering the economy forward.

These steps initiated by the government are expected to bring more nationals on to the mainstream activities in the private sector as well so that they can play a wider role in the development of the country.
