The 2006 Lexus LS430 now available at Al-Futtaim Motors

New research techniques were employed by Lexus engineers to make the LS430 a highly luxurious vehicle which has set a new global standard for performance, quality, comfort and ease of driving. Offering absolute confidence, effortless power and excellent stability to the driver under all road conditions, the LS430 also achieves serene quietness.

By using the special low-noise wind tunnel developed for testing Japanese bullet trains, the LS430 is the first luxury sedan to achieve a drag coefficient of 0.26. With a 4.3 litre engine and world-class aerodynamics, the powerful yet refined exterior of the LS430 features unique headlamps, muscular wheel flares and distinctive design elements which result in a dynamic combination of sportiness and dignity.

The interior is superbly appointed, with leather seats, elegant wood grain panelling, moonroof and 6 CD hi-fi with the changer mounted in the centre of the instrument panel. Lexus engineers have also made the LS430 one of the safest cars in the world by combining the revolutionary and unique Global Outstanding Assessment body with front, rear and side curtain air bags.

The Lexus Voice Navigation System is now standard in the LS430. The system negates the need to navigate by landmarks, which only work in local areas and which are subject to movement or destruction. The voice navigation system, which can be enabled either in English or Arabic, eliminates the need to look at a map, a potentially distracting element which forces the driver's eyes off the road beyond safe time limits.

Bluetooth technology installed in the LS430 is a hands-free phone system which allows users to make and receive calls without taking their hands off the steering wheel. The system is also synchronized with the voice navigation and audio system to automatically mute the volume on both while the call is in progress.

The LS430 also comes with a rear view monitor as standard and an Intelligent Adaptive Front Lighting system for night-time driving, the latest system to secure visibility in cornering. When cornering, the system automatically adjusts the low beam illumination axis to the left or right according to the steering angle and car speed.
