International Turnkey Systems (ITS) signs an agreement with INVESTCOM for billing system and customer care solution in Africa, the Middle East and Europe

Commenting on this agreement, the Chief Executive Officer of INVESTCOM Mr. Jamal Ramadan said:

"The agreement with ITS is part of our commitment and future plans in providing the highest level of service within our operations; since our main concern is to provide added value services in a better way thus keeping a distinguished & long term relationship with them across all the countries of operations."

He added that INVESTCOM strategy depends on widening the best services in the potential markets where high growth is expected. Also by linking the New Technologies with the customer care is one of the most important tasks that INVESTCOM is looking after in the current and future projects.

At the end of the third quarter of this year, INVESTCOM celebrated reaching 4 million subscribers in the countries of operations distributed in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

The Managing Director and General Manager of ITS Mr. Khaled Al-Saeid said that INVESTCOM considered as one of the leading Arab companies which we are proud of partnering with, as INVESTCOM is deemed as one of the pioneer and most significant communications companies in the world. In Addition Mr. Al-Saeid clarified that the agreement covers providing the latest technologies solutions in Billing and Customer Care to INVESTCOM which is one of the most significant method to communicate between the Operator & its customers.

The Regional Manager of ITS Mr. Tarek Hassanein demonstrated the details of these solutions, indicating that they were related to one of the most significant relations connecting clients with the company since it is related to both billing & collection along with the information and details highlighting the importance of accuracy related to these solutions. He added that ITS solutions in this regard enjoy the highest level of accuracy and maintenance of secrecy and security of information, which is of high importance & significance to any company dealing with millions of clients such as INVESTCOM.

Mr. Hassanein identified that invoicing enables operators in the communications sector of identifying the volume of returns, expected or the actually realized, indicating that INVESTCOM through ITS systems intends to unifying the invoicing system in all countries in which they operate. He added that ITS company provided solutions to several communications companies in the Middle East Area and Africa and some countries in Asia, and has become a pioneer in providing miscellaneous services to most of the communications companies in the Middle East and Africa.
