BenQ set to increase stake in digital lifestyle market with launch of its largest LCD TV to date
- United Arab Emirates: Tuesday, December 06 - 2005 at 10:57
- PRESS RELEASE
BenQ, a regional leader in digital lifestyle products, is set to announce another sharp rise in Middle East sales following the launch of the BenQ 37" LCD TV.
The growth in regional LCD TV sales can be partly attributed to the replacement market, with consumers updating their outdated TVs for stylish and compact models. BenQ has witnessed a particularly high demand in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE following last year's introduction of the keenly priced 30" (DV3080) LCD TV.
"As customers continue to replace dated TV's with fashionable alternatives, BenQ's market share has increased" said Robert Dung, Managing Director, BenQ Middle East.
"Our 37" TV, with its unsurpassable picture quality and 176" wide viewing angle, will undoubtedly prove a popular choice for those with budget in mind," Dung added.
The DV3750, which carries a RRP (Recommended Retail Price) of just 7,499 Dhs represents an extension of BenQ's promise to provide the customer with high-end, stylish and, most importantly, expertly manufactured products, all at a reasonable cost.
As the world's third largest manufacturer of LCD panels, BenQ is able to offer exceptional value for money and, since the launch of its anterior LCD TV in 2004, has steadily introduced several other new models.
BenQ's 37" LCD TV (DV3750) is available in the UAE at all branches of Eros Electricals and Jacky's Electronics and all other leading electronics outlets.
