We are pleased to partner with Empost for this service and we look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship."

Moreover, customers can be assured of the safety of their valuable documents as Empost takes responsibility in case of loss or damage of any documents."
The Jawaz service provides call center service as well as a webpage for tracking documents, which will enable customers to know the exact status of their documents anytime they want. Further, the documents are delivered to the customer anywhere in the UAE within 48 hours.
In addition to the Netherlands Consulate General, Empost has entered into partnerships with the consulates of India, Pakistan and the Philippines to deliver passports and consular documents to their respective clients through the Jawaz service.
